What level of riding expertise is required?

Seven Oaks accepts riders of all levels. Our goal is to help you become an accomplished rider and learn new skills every time you visit our riding academy.

Can I ride my own horse at Seven Oaks?

Does Seven Oaks offer group lessons?

Seven Oaks offers group lessons for children and adults. Groups average 4-6 riders and are offered once a week. Riders advance at a much faster pace with private lessons. After they have grasped the basics, we encourage them to ride twice a week to learn the art of equitation.

How often does the Acorns Youth Group Meet?

The Seven Oaks Farm Youth Group meets once a month and for special events. For more information, visit the Acorns Youth Group page and schedule here.

What equipment and clothing should I wear?

All of our riders are required to wear a riding helmet. We do have some you can use but we recommend that you buy a good quality riding helmet with a good fit. Riding gloves, a paddock boot or a shoe with a small heel, jodphur riding pants are preferred.

Does Seven Oaks Farm have horses for sale?

Seven Oaks has several horses for sale. Please contact Karin Folkers for inquiries.

Can I have my birthday party at Seven Oaks?

We offer birthday parties that are customized to the individualized child or adult. We provide safe and supervised horse experiences. Please call for further information.
